Certificates & government approvals3. Equipment in possession4. Previous successful similar projects5. Bidder’s financial capacity/reports6. Certificates of good standing from banks7. Bank guarantees (pre-approval letters)Based on this screening data, determine whether bidder is capable of doing job 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐈: 𝐁𝐢𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝟐. 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐢𝐝 Contain project details related to how it will be executed from technical point of view1. How bidder plan to execute project2. Detailed materials specs or equipment part of quote3. Execution timeframe 𝟑. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐢𝐝 Proposal that Contractor submit to Client to offer service for particular job, usually includes1. Name & address of offeror to be mentioned on cover without fail2. Financial details3. Shall not include any conditions attached to it & any such conditional financial proposal shall be rejected summarily. 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐈𝐈: 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐛𝐢𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝟒. 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 -Bid cover is opened later on date & time intimated to bidders who qualify in evaluation of technical Bids-Financial Bid of prospective Bidder will be considered only if Techno Commercial Bid of bidder is found qualified by Tender Committee-Financial Bid is opened in presence of bidders who wish to be present-e-mail confirmation will be sent to all eligible bidders-Financial Bid/ Price-bid of highest bidder won't be revealed at this stage-Eligible bidders will be allowed to participate in e-auction as per scheduled date & time mentioned in data sheet-Financial Bid won't be opened on day of opening of Technical Bids 𝟓. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 Formal Approval will be granted, selected/Not selected bidders will be formally notified, lessons learned will be documented, legal formalities will follow
